I discovered my passion as a Health & Lifestyle Coach and began to pursue my purpose, to help women like you become who you are created to be. Seven years ago, I achieved my life-long dream of starting my own business, The Lifestyle Exchange. I now have the flexibility and freedom to do the things I once thought were impossible; such as traveling, taking extended time off to raise my adorable twins, scheduling "me" time, and so much more!
